Arrangement of Shipment
Paid Order will be shipped within three (3) business days upon receipt of Payment details.
Number of Delivery Days
Normal delivery days,
- Courier (West Malaysia): 3 - 7 business days
- Courier (East Malaysia: 7 to 14 business days (sometimes might be a little longer)
Note: Please expect longer delivery days during long break or during online sales period ie PayDay, double digits sales etc.
Selft Pick-up from Setia Alam Store (Procedure)
- If you use payment mode other than iPay88, for example eWallet (TouchNGo) or DuitNow QR or Online Banking, please upload payment slip as attachment to your order.
- Contact us at 0124800802 about your order and arrangement for self-collect.
- Send your selected dispatch service or self-collect at the agreed date & time.
Shipment Options
CT Global Auto Sdn. Bhd. reserves the rights to arrange without prior notice the shipment options of the order based on courier service availablity, reputation and content of orders. For delivery to East Malaysia (Sabah, Sarawak), some products cannot go into airplane and might need separate shipment arrangement. In this case, we shall contact buyer regarding change of shipping options and additional charges will incur.
Damage, Lost or Delivery Delay of the Parcel During Shipment
CT Global Auto Sdn. Bhd. shall not be responsible for any damage, lost or delivery delay of the parcel during the shipment. We will make sure that the parcel is packed in accordance to the courier provider's requirements. Customers are advised to track the shipment status of the parcel. Should the parcel shows suspicious stagnant status or not delivered after the parcel delivery days as per the given guidelines above, customers are advised to contact the courier provider immediately.
Liquid, Spray, Spray Canister Items
Please take note that liquid, spray. spray canister items cannot be shipped to East Malaysia (Sabah/Sarawak) using normal courier service. Should you need to deliver the goods to East Malaysia, please contact us for further arrangement and shipping cost confirmation.
